Any institution found in violation of these regulations, especially through the imposition of illegal or excessive charges, shall be subject to:

Upholding Equity, Excellence, and Integrity in Education
The Government of Liberia remains steadfast in its resolve to eliminate all forms of financial exploitation in the education system.
No student should be denied the opportunity to learn, graduate, or participate in academic activities due to unjust or illegal financial demands.
The Ministry of Education deeply appreciates the continued cooperation and support of all educational stakeholders, including school administrators, teachers, parents, students, community leaders, and development partners. Together, we can foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and quality learning outcomes across all levels of education.
We are confident that Liberia’s educational community—known for its professionalism, diligence, and visionary leadership—will comply fully with these directives and contribute meaningfully to a credible, inclusive, and learner-centered education system for the advancement of the nation.
