FINER Brunch 2026 | Delta Iota Zeta Chapter Celebrates 5 Years

Five years ago, we relit a flame. In Liberia, we say "Old fire stick is easy to catch." It was not easy but with the help of our Sorors around the world, our donors and supporters on the ground in Liberia- THANK YOU, and of course, the diligence of our chapter Sorors...🤪Today, that flame burns brighter than ever. 🕊️💙

We can't believe it's already been FIVE Years! Our will always be every Soror who showed up, showed out, and kept the flame alive. 🕊️✨ Five years since reactivation — and we're just getting started.

Since 1948. Rechartered 2021. DETERMINED ever since. 🇱🇷💙

It was an honour to partner with one of our distinguished Women of Excellence Awardees, Mrs. Ne-Suah Bryan-Livingstone, to provide meals for over 300 children in commemoration of the Day of the African Child.

Through her initiative, Loving Arms for Liberia, nutritious meals are provided to underprivileged children every Thursday and Saturday with the generous support of well-meaning individuals and organizations.

The ladies of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, Delta Iota Zeta Chapter, were proud to partner with her, not only by contributing towards the meals, but also by supporting the distribution and sharing in the joy of serving these amazing children. Thank you to Soror Fatu Massalee for your generous contribution!

A simple meal can make a world of difference. The average cost of providing a basic meal for the children is just $150USD. Individuals, families, organizations, and groups can adopt this community service initiative as part of a birthday celebration, memorial, anniversary, corporate social responsibility activity, or other special occasion.

Together, we can nourish bodies, inspire hope, and create brighter futures for Liberia's children.

🌍💙 Help Us Celebrate the International Day of the African Child! 💙🌍

Every child deserves the opportunity to smile, learn, and feel valued.

This year, the ladies of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. – Delta Iota Zeta Chapter are proud to partner with REACH (https://www.facebook.com/groups/455290111649207/) to support children in need as we commemorate the International Day of the African Child.

Your donation will help provide:
🍽️ Nutritious food
🧸 Toys that inspire play, creativity, and hope
💙 A memorable day celebrating the strength, resilience, and potential of Africa's children

Together, we can show these children that their community believes in them and is committed to their future.

If you would like to support this initiative, please donate using the information below or join us this Saturday, June 13th. Thank you for helping us make a difference—one child at a time.
