Today we celebrate world Mental Health Day, so we should all continue to say No to Drug or Substance use. Drug use is a mental health condition that is ravaging mainly our youths. We are all one way or the other affected. Let's all stand up tall and fight .We shouldn't leave it to government alone. The government is all of us.

Today is Mental Health Day so in welcoming all our followers on this great day, I wish you all a sobered Mental Health Day.
Your Mental Health is just as important as your physical Health. It is okay not to be okay. You are not your mental illness. Your struggles does not define you at all. Taking care of your mental health is an act of self love. You are worthy to happiness and peace of mind.
Show care also to those who need it. Hear them out. Say what you see . Know your role and connect those who need help.
