Meet Junior Suah
Facilitator | Plumbing
With over five years of professional experience, Junior brings practical industry knowledge and hands-on expertise to the Rise Way classroom.
A graduate of the Booker Washington Institute (BWI) and Cuttington University Junior College, he is committed to helping young people develop practical plumbing skills for employment, entrepreneurship, and self-reliance.
His teaching focuses on pipe installation, plumbing systems, maintenance, troubleshooting, safety, and practical problem-solving.

Mrs. Varney brings her passion for baking and practical pastry preparation to the Rise Way classroom, helping learners develop the foundational skills needed to create quality pastries with confidence.
Her teaching focuses on hands-on learning, pastry preparation techniques, proper ingredient selection, creativity, presentation, and practical kitchen skills.
She is committed to helping students turn their passion for baking into a valuable skill and potential income-generating opportunity.

Meet Mohammed L. Keita
Facilitator | Electrical Installation
Mohammed is a trained electrical professional and graduate of the Booker Washington Institute, where he earned a Diploma in General Electricity in the 2022/2023 academic year.
Currently pursuing an Associate Degree as a sophomore, Mohammed brings technical knowledge, practical training, and a passion for helping young people develop valuable electrical installation skills.
His teaching focuses on practical demonstrations, electrical safety, basic wiring techniques, troubleshooting, and hands-on skill development.

Today, Rise Way Technical & Professional Institute officially welcomed Cohort III under our Skills Training for Empowerment and Productivity (STEP) initiative.
Our vision is simple: make practical education accessible, empower young people with employable skills, and help them build better futures.
With our Tuition-Free Policy, we are breaking barriers and creating opportunities for more young people to learn, grow, and become productive citizens.

Today, Rise Way Technical & Professional Institute successfully held the orientation for Cohort III, bringing together another group of young people ready to learn, grow, and build practical skills.

We are grateful to every student, facilitator, partner, parent, and supporter who continues to believe in the Rise Way vision.
