The strength of a leader is measured by the success of the people they serve. Until those you lead succeed, you have not succeeded.

Today, the administration, staff, and students of Lofa Road Church of Christ Christian Academy held a successful Color Day and Coronation Program. The event brought together students, teachers, and parents in a joyous atmosphere of fun, creativity, and inspiration. Congratulations to all participants and our crowned King and Queen winners for making the day truly
memorable.

Until this generation succeeds, we have not succeeded.

Today, I was honored to serve as a panelist at a dialogue organized by the Educate Her Consortium, where we discussed practical strategies for strengthening collaboration between the Ministry of Education and local stakeholders in advancing girls' education.
The discussion focused on:

• Identifying county-specific barriers affecting girls' access, retention, and completion in education, and proposing practical solutions.
• Enhancing policy implementation, monitoring, and accountability mechanisms at the county level.
• Promoting sustained commitment to the effective implementation of the National Policy on Girls' Education (NPGE).
During the discussion, I emphasized the importance of collective action among government institutions, schools, communities, parents, and development partners to ensure that every girl has access to quality education and the opportunity to succeed.
My sincere appreciation to the Educate Her Consortium for the invitation and for creating a platform to discuss solutions that can transform the lives of girls across Liberia.
