APPRECIATION OF FORMER STUDENT LEADERS
St. Peter’s Episcopal High School
We continue our special recognition by honoring another distinguished former student leader:
Mr. Ishmael A. Konneh
Student Council President (2012/2013)
Elected on the Student Progress Party Ticket
During his tenure as President, Mr. Konneh led St. Peter’s Episcopal High School to outstanding academic and extracurricular achievements. That year, the school recorded the highest number of students passing the WASSCE examination—out of 109 candidates, 97 successfully passed, setting a remarkable academic benchmark.
Under his leadership, the school’s quizzing team won three major tournaments. Most notably, they emerged champions of the Lutheran Charity Foundation Quizzing Tournament, which brought together high schools across B**g County. In an impressive grand finale held in Suakoko District, St. Peter’s defeated Dolokelen Gboveh High School, cementing its reputation for academic excellence.
Today, we celebrate Mr. Konneh for his dedication, leadership, and the lasting impact he made on the school community. His legacy continues to inspire students and fellow alumni alike.
Thank you, Mr. Konneh, for representing St. Peter’s with excellence.
