ADMISSION INFORMATION FOR ACADEMIC YEAR 2019/2020
The administration of the William R. Tolbert Jr. Memorial High School System, located in Chicken Soup Factory, Gardnersville, Montserrado County, is satisfied to extend her gratitude to all parents/guardians who have chosen this noble institution to be one of the best in quest of quality and standardize education for his/her son/daughter’s tomorrow.
Meanwhile, the Administration is also pleased to announce to the general public that the school runs TUITION FREE Morning Section beginning from Early Childhood “Beginner” to 12th Grade which is supervise by the University of Liberia Early Childhood Department and Monitor by the Ministry of Education, Republic of Liberia. The Early Childhood or Preprimary “Beginner to 3rd Grade” of the Morning Section runs a compulsory DAY CARE and the department accepts students from 2 years above.
The mentioned school offers scholarship to deserve students in the area of Football, Kickball, Quizzing and Basketball starting from 7th to 11th Grade who shall paid 45% of all fees. Additionally, the school is offering FINANCIAL AID to 15 students each from 4th Grade to 12th Grade and he/she must fill in a form to verify his/her condition. The school accepts students from all classes with valid documents especially 12th Graders who shall paid the amount of $2,000 for documentation. In view of the foregoing, the administration request all parents to do payment of all fees to ACCESS BANK with the exception of entrance fee, uniform cloth and vest.
UNIFORM
Note: The uniform cloth for both shirt and blouse must be bought on campus. The vest is wore from 7th Grade to 11th Grade and it is sold on campus for US$10.00; while the 12th Grade uniform is sewed by the school and sold for US$50.00 which sum must be deposited in ACCESS BANK.

Beginner to 1st Grade …………………. Short Black Trouser with Black Belt, Black Shoe, Black Sock, and Pink and Black Short Sleeves Via Shirt. Absolutely no Sagging.
2nd Grade to 11th Grade ………………. Black Long Trouser with Black Belt, Black Shoe, Black Sock, and Pink and Black Short Sleeve Shirt with Black Vest. Absolutely no Sagging.
12th Grade ……………………… Black Long Trouser with Black Belt, Black Shoe, Black Sock, and Pink and Black Long Sleeve Shirt with Black Tie and Black Vest. Absolutely no Sagging.
Girls
Beginner to 1st Grade …………………. Black Jumper, Black Shoe, Black Sock, and Pink and Black Short Sleeves Blouse. Absolutely no Sagging.
2nd Grade to 11th Grade ……………… Black Skirt, Black Shoe, Black Sock, and Pink and Black Short Sleeve Blouse with Black Vest. Absolutely no Sagging

Other Information
Old Student registration began July 22, 2019 and ends August 23, 2019 while New Students registration started July 29, 2019 and ends August 30, 2019.
Late Registration for both Old & New Students is September 2, 2019. LD$600.00 is the late registration fees.
Orientation is Tuesday September 3, 2019 while Classes begins Wednesday September 4, 2019. All students must be fully unified.
