12th Graders of William R. Tolbert Jr. Memorial School System & Mission attends regular classes for Academic 2019/2020;

The Administration of the William R. Tolbert Jr. Memorial School System & Mission has begun regular classes for 12th graders for this Academic Year 2019/2020.

The first marking Period which began August 19, 2019 is expected to end by September at which time they will be sitting their First test.

Meanwhile, Orientation for Daycare to 11th Grades is Scheduled for Tuesday, September 3, 2019 while regular School is expected to begin Wednesday September 4, 2019.

The Administration is also encouraging every parents who wish to send their Child/Children to the institution especially in the 12th Grade but worrying on having money at the moment to visit the finance office for an arrangement which may allow their dependents begin class with their friends to avoid future embarrassment.

The School current promotion which allows every students begin school September regardless of parents having money for registration remains open to everyone.

The Policy is in an effort to buttress Government's Pro-Poor agenda by seeking the welfare of the Liberian Children.

The Administration of the William R. Tolbert Jr. Memorial School System & Mission on Today, August 28 2019, completed a day teachers Refresher workshop in preparation for the beginning of Academic Year, 2019/2020.

The Administration asked the staff to join them in the campaign of getting every child back to school beginning September first week regardless of the Child registration fees being available.

Speaking to the staff, the Administrative Supervisor told them to encourage parents who are desirous of their Child/children beginning school but worrying of having fund on hand to just meet the business office for details regarding the opportunity.

ADMISSION INFORMATION FOR ACADEMIC YEAR 2019/2020

The administration of the William R. Tolbert Jr. Memorial High School System, located in Chicken Soup Factory, Gardnersville, Montserrado County, is satisfied to extend her gratitude to all parents/guardians who have chosen this noble institution to be one of the best in quest of quality and standardize education for his/her son/daughter’s tomorrow.

Meanwhile, the Administration is also pleased to announce to the general public that the school runs TUITION FREE Morning Section beginning from Early Childhood “Beginner” to 12th Grade which is supervise by the University of Liberia Early Childhood Department and Monitor by the Ministry of Education, Republic of Liberia. The Early Childhood or Preprimary “Beginner to 3rd Grade” of the Morning Section runs a compulsory DAY CARE and the department accepts students from 2 years above.

The mentioned school offers scholarship to deserve students in the area of Football, Kickball, Quizzing and Basketball starting from 7th to 11th Grade who shall paid 45% of all fees. Additionally, the school is offering FINANCIAL AID to 15 students each from 4th Grade to 12th Grade and he/she must fill in a form to verify his/her condition. The school accepts students from all classes with valid documents especially 12th Graders who shall paid the amount of $2,000 for documentation. In view of the foregoing, the administration request all parents to do payment of all fees to ACCESS BANK with the exception of entrance fee, uniform cloth and vest.

Note: The uniform cloth for both shirt and blouse must be bought on campus. The vest is wore from 7th Grade to 11th Grade and it is sold on campus for US$10.00; while the 12th Grade uniform is sewed by the school and sold for US$50.00 which sum must be deposited in ACCESS BANK.

Old Student registration began July 22, 2019 and ends August 23, 2019 while New Students registration started July 29, 2019 and ends August 30, 2019.
Late Registration for both Old & New Students is September 2, 2019. LD$600.00 is the late registration fees.
Orientation is Tuesday September 3, 2019 while Classes begins Wednesday September 4, 2019. All students must be fully unified.

William R. Tolbert Jr. Memorial School System, Celebrates the Successful passed of 100% Students in WASSEC, Graduates 43 students!

The Administration of the William R. Tolbert Jr. Memorial School System on Sunday August 18, graduated the total of 43 students that sat the West African Examinations Council -WAEC Liberia and passed successfully.

The graduation which Marks the 4th graduation and 4th Consecutive success of the institution in public exams brought together parents and family members who joyously celebrated the success of their Child or relative.

Serving as key note speaker, the IT Director of NASCORP, Mr. Leo Maxwell, encouraged parents/guardians to remain focus on sending their child/children to institution of academic excellence. Referencing the William R. Tolbert Jr. Memorial institute, which he said has proven to be academic excellent due to the unarguable 4th Consecutive success in public exam, he called on parents to take their children education as priority and focus on choosing institutions with impeccable academic performance.

On behalf of the graduates, the Valedictorian and President of the School, St. James B. Quaye lauded the administration for what he terms as continue immeasurable efforts of seeking the educational welfare of Liberians.

"Words are indeed inadequate to express for the incomparable care and educational support given us. Especially seeing 100% of us passing the WASSEC with over 60% passing in more than four subjects, appreciating the administration for their usual supports given the senior class during public exams and internal teaching can never go unnoticed." Valedictorian asserted.
