Christian A. Richards Elementary School The Christian A. Richards Elementary School is
situated in Clay-Ashland, Liberia. A tuition-free school, there are currently 210 students.

Founded by the Richards-Coleman Family Foundation and the Rosalind Richards Educational Fund, the Christian A. Richards Elementary School (C.A.R.E.S.) is a private tuition-free institution currently operating from Nursery through First Grade. Each year an additional grade will be integrated. The school provides everything for the students, with the exception of uniforms. This includes meals, textbooks, and any other resources that are instrumental in providing a conducive education. Some students are sponsored by viewers/individuals who donate US $120 annually which is tax deductible. This amount covers two sets of school uniform, physical education uniform, socks and shoes for school, copybooks, pencils, crayons and any other educational supplies that the student may require. Checks are made payable to St. Barnabas Church, 14111 Oak Grove Road, Upper Marlboro, MD 20774 with Rosalind Richards Educational Fund noted in the memo section. Use the school's email address to inform the school of your chosen sponsored student. Your email address will be used to inform you about your sponsored student.
