BASSA POINT & EMPIRE TV BASSA TEAM UP FOR JULY 26 SPORTS TOURNAMENT AMONG LIBERIAN STUDENTS IN RWANDA

By: Empire TV Staff

The charity organization Bassa Point, known over the years for its remarkable contributions to youth development and empowerment in Grand Bassa County, is set to host a special one-day July 26 Sports Tournament bringing together Liberian students in Rwanda.

Working in close collaboration with Empire TV Bassa, the event will gather young Liberians, particularly those residing in Nyanza District, for a spirited celebration of sports and national pride ahead of Liberia's 179th Independence Anniversary.

The tournament will feature competitive matches in two popular disciplines: Football and Kickball, with attractive prizes awaiting the winners in each category.

Following the day's sporting excitement, organizers will cap the celebration with a night-long social gathering in Nyanza District, offering an opportunity for Liberian students to connect, celebrate, and build community spirit far from home.

Bassa Point extends warm wishes to all Liberian students in Rwanda, expressing the organization's heartfelt desire that every member of the community enjoys a joyful and meaningful July 26 Independence celebration.

This initiative underscores Bassa Point's expanding reach, from empowering youth in Grand Bassa to fostering unity and patriotism among the Liberian student diaspora.
