Department of Business Management - Rajarata University of Sri Lanka successfully organized a field visit to Rajarata Tiles PVT Ltd on 12th July 2023 to obtain a practical knowledge on Total Quality Management practices of the organization. The field visit was organized for 2019 Acafic Year students under the Total Quality Management (TQM) course unit and the students were given a thourugh understanding on different TQM practices by the Production Coach Mr. Karunathilaka and R&D Executive Mr. Minol. We the Department convey our grattitude to Rajarata Tiles Pvt Ltd for giving us this great opportunity.

Department of Business Management have sucessfully conducted a fruitful workshop with the aim of *Empower voice with confidence*

We would like to thank Mrs. Rasanjali Kularathna, Lecturer attached to the Department of Human Resource Management for sharing her valuble knowledge and experience to build up compering as a life skill and to enhance the public speaking skill of our students.
