A Fresh Start for 2026 – Thank You for Making It Possible!

We are incredibly grateful to share this joyful update with you all ❤️
As we step into 2026, P61Mightystep has officially started 10 dance centers:

✨ 7 newly opened dance centers
✨ 3 existing centers reopened

Because of your generosity and partnership, these 10 centers have started fresh this year, bringing hope, structure, and purpose to so many children.

For these kids, this is more than just dance.
It is a safe space, a place to belong, to grow in discipline, confidence, and character—keeping them away from crime and negative influences, while discovering their value and purpose through dance.

For P61Mightystep, this is a huge step forward in our vision and mission. We truly could not do this without you.

It’s going to be an eventful 2026!!

✨ Another Powerful Evening in Colombo! ✨

What an incredible time we had at Bethany Church today — 32 energetic youngsters came together for a vibrant hip-hop, flag dance, cinematic, and workshop dance session! 💃🕺

It was truly inspiring to see their passion and creativity shine through every move. We’re excited to announce that we’ll be starting a regular class at this venue every Thursday! 🎶🔥

A big shout-out to Dileepa Ariyarathna from IDS and Felizia for joining in to teach and make this day even more special. 🙌
And of course, a huge thank you to our Mightystep Academy students who joined and helped bring amazing energy to the room! ❤️

What a moment of pride and joy as our Mightystep kids took the stage, competing in the Traditional, Hip-Hop, and Cinematic categories. 🙌🔥

Coming from challenging backgrounds where hope once seemed lost, these kids rose up, embraced their passion, and gave it everything they had. As trainers, witnessing their growth, courage, and excellence was truly an honor. ❤️

At Mightystep, we’re not just training dancers—we’re raising a generation that will move with purpose, character, and discipline. A generation that will dance their best for this nation, grounded in ethics and shaped for the future. 💫
