Old Royalists Association Piliyandala (ORAP) Annual General Meeting.

Dear Members,
Notice is hereby given to all members of the Old Royalists Association Piliyandala (ORAP) that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Saturday, 31st May 2014 at 6.00p.m. at Vinrich Hotel.
The Agenda of the AGM is as follows:
1. College Song.
2. Notice convening the meeting.
3. Tabling of letters of excuse.
4. Tribute of silence to the Members of ORAP and former and present members of the Royal College staff who have passed away during the period from May 2013 to 30th May 2014.
5. Table and adopt the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting of ORAP held on 22nd June 2013.
6. Table and adopt the Annual Report of the Secretary of the ORAP for the year 2013/2014.
7. Table and adopt Statements of Accounts of ORAP for the financial year 2013/2014.
8. Any Other Business.
9. Speech by Hon. President elected.
10. Election of Office Bearers and Committee members of the Executive Committee for the year 2014/2015.
11. Felicitations.
12. Vote of Thanks by the Hon. Secretary elected.
13. National Anthem.
14. Adjournment of the Meeting.
