🎈🎨 Balloon Painting Fun! 🎨🎈

Our Kinder children explored a creative painting experience using droppers and balloons! They carefully used droppers to pick up their chosen paint colours and dropped them onto paper before gently pressing and rolling balloons over the paint to create unique patterns and beautiful prints.

EYLF Outcome 4.2 – Children develop a range of learning and thinking skills and processes such as problem-solving, inquiry, experimentation, hypothesising, researching and investigating.

Connection: Children experimented with using droppers and balloons to create different paint patterns. They explored cause and effect, tested different amounts of paint and pressure, and investigated how colours and textures changed through the process.

🎨 Outdoor Recycled Art Fun 🌿

Our little artists took their creativity outdoors as they painted on recycled materials collected for our art activity. Using brushes, colours, and their imaginations, the children transformed everyday items into unique masterpieces while exploring different textures and expressing their ideas.

Creative experiences like these encourage imagination, problem-solving, and an appreciation for reusing materials in meaningful ways.

🎨 Nature Painting Adventure 🌿

Our little artists explored the outdoors using leaves, sticks, flowers, and other natural treasures to create beautiful paintings. This hands-on activity encouraged creativity, curiosity, and a deeper appreciation for the natural world while strengthening fine motor skills.

🍫 World Chocolate Day Fun!

Our little chefs celebrated World Chocolate Day by dipping biscuits into melted chocolate and creating their own delicious treats! Along the way, they discovered that chocolate changes from solid to liquid when heated, explored different textures, and practised their fine motor skills while carefully dipping and decorating their biscuits.

🪨 Nature Meets Literacy

Children in our Kinder room explored nature by collecting their own special rocks and bringing them into the classroom. Using their discoveries, they enjoyed a fun literacy experience that encouraged conversation, vocabulary, and early language skills. Learning becomes even more meaningful when it starts with children's own curiosity!

Our children had so much fun balancing on stepping stones and a wooden plank, building their balance, coordination, confidence, and focus through play. Every step was a chance to learn, grow, and enjoy a new challenge!
