It is an overwhelmed world with information constantly flowing through our daily life. Remember to clear up your mind, so that you can have a clearer vision and focus on your task.
2️⃣ Get quiet 🙉
Even 5 minutes of this is sufficient. Set yourself aside from devices and notifications that distract you. Meditate could remove mental chatter and internal distractions, this will enable you to face the day with a sharper thought.
3️⃣ Write it down 📝
Convert your thoughts into something visual. Write it, or even draw it on a piece of paper. Sometimes you can write out the distraction and get down to clarity.
4️⃣ Keep good habits 🛌
Have a constant sleeping schedule, eat regularly, anything that keeps you energised and support you to go through the day. If you are in doubt, experiment and you may discover unexpected outcome.
5️⃣ Do one thing at a time 💭
This definitely looks easy. Well, as what it literally states, you do not need to have TV, Facebook and WhatsApp going on at the same time during your dinner. Focus on the task at hand and you’ll be able to do it better!
