Applications are now open for the MSc in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (SLQF 10), jointly offered by the Department of Computer Science and Department of Statistics, University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
Designed for graduates with foundational knowledge in Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics, this postgraduate program equips learners with the advanced skills and research exposure required to excel in the fast-evolving fields of Data Science and AI.

📌 Minimum Admission Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree including 30 credits in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline from a UGC-recognized university
OR
SLQF Level 6 or above in a relevant discipline from a UGC-recognized institution / University of Sri Jayewardenepura
🕒 Program Details
Duration: 2 years
Course Fee: Rs. 650,000/-
(Includes Registration Fee: Rs. 5,000 and Library Fee: Rs. 5,000)
Plus a Refundable library deposit of Rs. 5,000 at registration
Delivery Mode: Onsite, weekends
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Closing Date: 10th January 2026
Commencement: March 2026
