🚨 NEW AUSTRALIAN SKILLED VISA PROCESSING PRIORITIES!

The Australian Government has introduced Ministerial Direction 119, effective from 25 July 2026, replacing Ministerial Direction 105.

Under the new direction, skilled visa applications are prioritised based on the applicant’s occupation and whether they were inside or outside Australia at the time of application.

✅ Covered visa subclasses include 186, 187, 189, 190, 191, 482, 489, 491, 494, 887 and 888.

⚠️ Priority processing does not guarantee visa approval or a specific processing timeframe. Applicants must still meet all eligibility and documentation requirements.
