The Night of the Champions 2016!

The night where all sportsmen and women of SAITM are felicitated for their achievements!

The Football Big Match - 2016
SAITM vs APIIT
Final Score - 2-1

The two teams met for their second annual big match on a Sunday morning at Moragasmulla Football Grounds.

The game was an enthralling one with both teams fighting hard.
SAITM managed to score first by a brilliant corner kick courtesy of Iflal Nizam.

Going into half time, SAITM was in the lead with the score at 1-0
Few minutes into the second half, APIIT managed to score the equalizer by a brilliant volley of a corner that was superbly delivered into the box.

Then onwards both teams strived to find the winning goal and SAITM succeeded in pulling ahead when Dhanuka Dhanaratna managed to find the net off a rebound!!

The match ended with a score of 2-1 to SAITM!

SAITM managed to defend their title as the champions of the Big Match!

SAITM Football continues to remain unbeaten in their season this year!
