ජනවාරි 14 වනදා "World Logic Day" හෙවත් ලෝක තර්ක ශාස්ත්‍ර දිනය ලෙස ජාත්‍යන්තරව සමරනු ලබයි. යුනෙස්කෝ (UNESCO) සංවිධානය විසින් මෙම දිනය ප්‍රකාශයට පත් කළේ මානව චින්තනයේ, විද්‍යාවේ සහ සංස්කෘතියේ දියුණුව සඳහා "තර්ක ශාස්ත්‍රය" (Logic) ඉටුකරන අතිමහත් මෙහෙවර අගය කිරීමටයි. ගණිතය, පරිගණක විද්‍යාව (Computer Science) සහ දර්ශනවාදය වැනි විෂයන්හි පදනම වන්නේ තර්ක ශාස්ත්‍රයයි. විශේෂයෙන්ම වර්තමාන AI තාක්ෂණය සහ ක්‍රමලේඛන (Programming) ක්ෂේත්‍රයන්හි දියුණුවට මූලික වූ බුද්ධිමය මෙවලම වන්නේ ද මෙයයි. ලෝකය වඩාත් තාර්කිකව සහ බුද්ධිමත්ව තේරුම් ගැනීමටත්, අසත්‍ය තොරතුරු බැහැර කර නිවැරදි තීරණ ගැනීමටත් මිනිසා පොළඹවන දිනයක් ලෙස මෙදින වැදගත් වේ.

January 14th is internationally celebrated as "World Logic Day." UNESCO proclaimed this day to recognize the immense contribution of "Logic" to the development of human thought, science, and culture. Logic is the very foundation of subjects such as Mathematics, Computer Science, and Philosophy. It is also the fundamental intellectual tool behind the advancement of modern AI technology and programming. This day is significant as it encourages people to understand the world more rationally and intelligently, helping them reject misinformation and make well-informed decisions.
