Becoming fluent in English is like playing football and it is the continuous training and constant practice that will decide the language proficiency skill one has. You can never master a language without practice. Read, Listen, Speak and Write and this must be done on continuous basis and you will feel the results with the passage of time.

Practice is the way of mastering any skill. If you don't practice, never expect results.
