𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘪𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘢 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘰𝘳𝘺-𝘣𝘢𝘴𝘦𝘥 𝘴𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯. 𝘐𝘵 𝘥𝘰𝘦𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘤𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘳𝘦𝘨𝘶𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘺𝘱𝘰𝘭𝘰𝘨𝘪𝘦𝘴 𝘪𝘯 𝘥𝘦𝘱𝘵𝘩.

The focus is on practical application.

During the session, you will work on:

▪️ Presenting observations in a clear and objective manner
▪️ Connecting activity to suspicion with proper reasoning

The approach is hands-on. You will write, receive direct feedback, and refine your narrative.

Key Details
💠 Work Model: Fully Remote
💠 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Sri Lanka Time)
💠 Contract Period: 6 months (including 1 month training)
💠 Offer value: LKR 150,000 (negotiable, based on skills and experience)

Your Role
▪️ Review and evaluate creator profiles across multiple platforms
▪️ Identify high‑earning creators based on defined criteria
▪️ Collaborate with creators to align with campaign goals
▪️ Recommend the most effective platforms in consultation with the client
▪️ Maintain follow‑up trackers to ensure timely communication
▪️ Plan and execute campaigns in line with business objectives
▪️ Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the GRIN platform promptly

Skills & Experience
▪️ 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
▪️ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
▪️ Excellent interpersonal skills for building and managing creator relationships
▪️ Basic understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing processes
▪️ Knowledge of marketing and sales principles
▪️ Strong organizational and time‑management skills; ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
▪️ Familiarity with tools/platforms like GRIN (or similar) is an added advantage
