මේක නිකන්ම පුරුද්දක්ද? නැත්නම් අපේ මොළයේ 🧠 Dopamine ක්‍රියාකාරීත්වයත් එක්ක සම්බන්ධ දෙයක්ද?

සමාජ මාධ්‍ය, වීඩියෝ සහ games වැනි දේවල් නිරන්තරයෙන් භාවිත කිරීම මඟින් මොළයේ ඩොපමීන් (Dopamine) පද්ධතියට බලපෑම් ඇති වෙන බව ඔබ දන්නවාද?

එම නිසා තාක්ෂණය අපේ ජීවිතයට වාසියක් කරගන්න නම්, කාලය සීමා කරමින්, නිවැරදි දේ තෝරාගෙන, බුද්ධිමත්ව භාවිත කිරීමට දරුවන් හුරු කිරීම වැදගත්. 🌱

බිනර පුන් පොහෝ දිනය බෞද්ධ ජනතාවට සුවිශේෂී වන්නේ මහා ප්‍රජාපතී ගෝතමී තෙරණිය ඇතුළු කාන්තාවන්ට පැවිදි දිවියට පිවිසීමට අවසර ලැබීමත්, ඒ ඔස්සේ භික්ෂුණී ශාසනය ආරම්භ වීමත් සිහිපත් කරන උතුම් දිනයක් වන බැවිනි.

බිනර පුන් සඳේ සිසිලසින් සිත් සැනසී, මෛත්‍රියෙන් හා කරුණාවෙන් හදවත් පිරී, දහම් මඟ ඔස්සේ සැනසීමත් ප්‍රඥාවත් උදා වේවා! 🪷✨
Binara Poya Day ✨🌕

On this sacred Binara Full Moon Poya Day, we commemorate the establishment of the Bhikkhuni Sasana, when Maha Prajapati Gotami Theri and 500 Shakyan women received the opportunity to enter the noble path of ordination.

May this sacred day remind us of the values of wisdom, compassion, equality, discipline, and spiritual strength taught by the Buddha.

As we observe the Poya Day during the Vas season, may we take time to listen to the Dhamma, practise mindfulness, cultivate wholesome thoughts, and strengthen our journey towards inner peace. 🪷🙏

කඩුවෙල ශාසනාරක්ෂක මණ්ඩලයේ දහම් පාසල් 36 අතරින් අනුශූරතාවය හිමිකර ගත් ශ්‍රී සම්බුද්ධ ජයන්ති දහම් පාසලේ සිසු දූ දරුවන් හට ත්‍යාග හා සහතික පත් ප්‍රදානය කිරීමේ උත්සවයක් 2026.09.20 වන ඉරුදින විහාරස්ථානයේ ධර්මශාලාවේ දී පැවැත්වුණි.
