**Cruise Missiles:**

- **Powered throughout flight** by jet engines or rocket motors
- Follow a **programmed flight path** that can include turns and course corrections
- Generally **slower** than ballistic missiles but more maneuverable
- Can be **harder to detect** due to low-altitude flight
- More **precise** targeting capabilities
- Examples: Tomahawk missiles, Russian Kalibr missiles
