Today we celebrated the 'International Mother Language Day - Sinhala'
We spoke about the importance of learning and knowing our mother language, Sinhala.

Our 'Red Day' in parallel with St. Valentine's day was held today. Whizkids were told the importance of loving each other, to feel for each other, help each other and be kind to everyone, especially their family members. They sang this song to be reminded that loving their family, is very important.

78th Independence Day celebrations in our school was held today.
Student Olee gave a speech in English and student Aketh in Sinhala. Teacher Kawya and Madam Principal explained how we got our Independence from the British on 04th February 1948.
We wish all Sri Lankans a 'Happy and peaceful Independence Day!'.
