We are proud to announce that on 25th April, our Engineering Cadet – PEDURU ARCHCHIGE SESAN CHAMARA WIJESINGHE, a past student of President College, Embilipitiya, successfully joined CMA CGM MONTE CRISTO, becoming the 06th Engineering Cadet to be onboard from Batch 02 of the Engineering Officer Cadet Training Programme at Southern Maritime Training Institute.
He set sail on 25th April, marking an important milestone in his maritime engineering career.
This achievement reflects dedication, discipline, and commitment, and we wish Cadet Sesan Chamara fair winds and following seas as he begins his professional journey at sea.

We are proud to announce that on 18th April, our Engineering Cadet – PATHTHAGE CHAMATH DESHAN FERNANDO, from Udugampola, and a past student of SENERATH PARANAVITHANA COLLEGE-NATIONAL SCHOOL,UDUGAMPOLA, successfully joined NORD TULIP, becoming the Fifth engineering Cadet to be onboard from Batch 02 of the Engineering Officer Cadet Training Programme at Southern Maritime Training Institute.
His course was successfully completed on 07th February, and he set sail on 18th April, marking an important milestone in his maritime navigation career.

This achievement reflects dedication, discipline, and commitment, and we wish Cadet Chamath Deshan fair winds and following seas as he begins his professional journey at sea.

We are proud to announce that on 15th April, our Navigation Cadet – YAHAMPATH ARACHCHILAGE YASODA SEWWANDI, from Kurunegala, and a past student of MALIYADEVA GIRLS COLLEGE, KURUNEGALA, successfully joined MV RICARDA, becoming the eleventh navigation Cadet to be onboard from Batch 03 of the Navigation Officer Cadet Training Programme at Southern Maritime Training Institute.
His course was successfully completed on 17th October, and he set sail on 15th April, marking an important milestone in his maritime navigation career.

This achievement reflects dedication, discipline, and commitment, and we wish Cadet Yasoda Sewwandi fair winds and following seas as he begins his professional journey at sea.

We are proud to announce that on 14th April, our Navigation Cadet – GURUSINGHE RASITHA NIMNETH, from Karandeniya, and a past student of KARANDENIYA CENTRAL COLLEGE, KARANDENIYA, successfully joined ESL DUBAI, becoming the tenth navigation Cadet to be onboard from Batch 03 of the Navigation Officer Cadet Training Programme at Southern Maritime Training Institute.
His course was successfully completed on 17th October, and he set sail on 14th April, marking an important milestone in his maritime navigation career.
