On 30th July 2026, our dedicated Primary, Secondary, and Montessori teachers came together for an enriching Teacher Training Workshop focused on enhancing teacher communication skills—equipping our educators with the confidence, knowledge, and practical strategies to create more meaningful learning experiences.
The session was led by Mr. Shan Yahampath, ED/CEO of BrainHR (Pvt) Ltd and Brain Business & Technologies (Pvt) Ltd. With more than 16 years of professional experience across multiple industries, Mr. Shan is a renowned management consultant, corporate trainer, leadership coach, and motivational speaker. He has also served as a faculty member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) since 2009 and is currently pursuing a PhD in Strategy and Dynamic Managerial Capabilities.
The workshop inspired our educators to strengthen their communication, foster meaningful classroom connections, and continue striving for excellence in teaching and learning.
