Ready to roll up your sleeves and truly transform your teaching?

Our Cambridge PDQ program is a workshop, not a lecture.

We believe the most impactful professional development is practical. That’s why our sessions are filled with collaborative activities, immediate application of concepts, and the creation of resources you can use with your students.

What an inspiring week!

Representing Footsteps Academy on these platforms was an incredible honor. We are thrilled to have shared our mission and services, and we are even more energized by the meaningful conversations and connections made.

We are the ONLY professional development center accredited to offer the prestigious Cambridge certificate in Early Years Good Practice.

Think back to the most impactful learning experience of your life. Were you passively listening to a lecture, or were you actively doing something?

For most of us, true understanding comes not from being told, but from engaging, experimenting, and applying.

This is especially true in the world of teacher training. While a strong theoretical foundation is essential, it is the practical, hands-on application that transforms a good teacher into a great one.

This is the core philosophy behind the Cambridge Professional Development Qualification (PDQ) for teaching and learning in early years, and it’s a game-changer for educators.
