1. Talk through play
Describe what your child is doing while they play. This helps them connect words with actions and understand language naturally.

2. Give choices
Instead of asking yes/no questions, offer choices like “ball or car?” this encourages them to respond using words.

3. Expand their words
If your child says one word, build on it.
“Car” → “Yes, a fast car!”
This helps them move towards sentences without pressure.

Small changes in how you interact can make a big difference in how your child communicates.
