2. Hours
The Gym is currently open form 0400 pm to 1000pm. If there is a request to open the Gym before the Said Hours the management will make arrangements to do so. This time suits students and the working class members to head to the gym after the regular routine.

3. Membership
We have Four types of memberships for gymoholics monthly, three months and annual membership, where either one of these can be selected. Members have no restrictions placed on their work out times and are free to work out during all operational times of the gym. Monthly Membership – Rs. 1,000.00 (+ Rs.500.00 admission for
1st month)
3 Month Membership - Rs 2,500.00

Annual Membership – Rs. 6,250.00

Student members - Rs . 500.00 (+ 500.00 Admission for the first month)

There is no contract obligations placed upon members of Body Aid Gym that stipulate the minimum amount of commitment (time) to the gym. Members are free to join and leave as they please. But a register would be maintained for monitor and control progress.

4. Staff
An Experienced Instructor is present at the gym at all times. Every Members health and fitness levels are taken in to consideration before providing them with a custom made plan that improves their health and well being.

5. Equipment
The Gym is outfitted with the best Lower and Upper body Machines as well as Free weights bars and Benches. Machines for Cardio are also available. The Equipment are constantly serviced and made available to patrons of the Gym at all Operational Times.

6. Personal Training to All
After extensive research carried out on Health and Fitness centres available in the Local market we have designed are programs in a way that it stands out and provides the customer with a definitively better experience in the Gym. The Patrons of Body Aid Gym are tendered to in a personal manner when working out with tips and Guidelines to improve their Technique as well as their own health.

7. Benchmarking
The Customers of the Gym upon Joining are weighed and measured to calculate their Body Mass Index and Body Fat Percentage. Subsequently a Fitness test is conducted to ascertain there fitness level and upon the results obtained a personal program is developed to achieve the desired outcome of the customer. Monthly measurements are taken to see whether the desired effect is taking place and changes are made as to achieve the desired results.

8. Environment
In comparison with other Gyms the environment at Body Aid Gym is simply different to others. The Gym encourages interaction of members and members help each other when performing weight lifting exercises. No member is left unattended at any time. The Instructors constantly nudge the members to achieve their desired results and constantly make sure that there work outs are conducted in high intensity.

9. Health and Nutritional advice
Body Aid Gym goes above and beyond any other gym when it comes to its customers. The gym takes the health of the customers very seriously and provides nutritional advice and healthy lifestyle choices and alternatives to its patrons as to achieve their desired results. The instructors provide nutrition advice that goes hand in hand with the personal program designed for the customer to enhance the chances of attaining their desired body shape. Furthermore Advice is provided and if required Supplements are made available to customer who so desires it.

10. Abs and Cardio Classes
Daily Abs and Cardio classes are conducted at the Gym Premises. Cardio training is furthermore effective due to the availability of the Malay Cricket Grounds at the Disposal for the patrons of the Club.
