In 1993, the Board embarked on a programme to construct and administer a school of its own,
the project was to be carried out in three stages over a period of five years. A standard
syllabus approved by the state was to embraces the school's academic curriculum. The school commenced operations in 1994, gradually expanding to 600 students as at date.
