One Step Forward.

On the momentous occasion of the 75th Anniversary of Hindu College Colombo, a Water Purifying Plant valued at Rs. 5 Million was generously donated by Mr. Blaze Kannan of Life Help Centre for the Handicapped for the benefit of our students.

The Water Treatment Plant was ceremonially inaugurated on 12th February 2026 by:
* Hon Hanif Yusoof, Governor of the Western Province
* Dr. Ketheeswaran Ganeshalingam, Sri Lankan Deputy High Commissioner – Chennai
* Mr Roshan Rajapakshe, Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG)
* Mr. Blaze Kannan, Life Help Centre for the Handicapped – India (Chennai)
* Mr. Harikrishna, Life Help Centre for the Handicapped – India (Chennai)

The event was graced by the presence of the Principal, teachers, parents, students, and members of the Old Boys’ Association.

The Old Boys’ Association of Hindu College Colombo extends its heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Blaze Kannan, Mr. Harikrishna, and the dedicated team of Life Help Centre India /USA for their generous contribution and noble initiative in providing safe and clean drinking water to our students. This meaningful gesture will positively impact generations to come and stands as a testament to their commitment to community service and student welfare.

Back to School 2026
The classrooms that shaped us are waiting.
The corridors that heard our laughter are calling us back.
The playground where we built friendships for life is ready to see us again.

For a few hours, let’s not be businessmen, professionals, fathers, or leaders.
Let’s just be schoolboys once more.

இந்துக் கல்லூரி கொழும்பு 2024ம் ஆண்டிற்கான முத்தமிழ் விழா, சரஸ்வதி மண்டபத்தில் 30 - 01 - 2025 அன்று மாலை 3.00 மணிக்கு மிகவும் கோலாகலமாக நடைபெற்றது.

கல்லூரி முதல்வர் கணபதிப்பிள்ளை நாகேந்திரா அவர்களது தலைமையில் நடைபெற்ற
இவ்விழாவிற்கு, ஓய்வுநிலைப் பேராசிரியர் சி.மௌனகுரு (அரங்க ஆய்வாளர், ஈழத்து எழுத்தாளர்) அவர்கள் பிரதம அதிதியாகவும், திரு.ஜோண். குயின்ரஸ்(கல்வி வெளியீட்டு ஆணையாளர், கல்வி வெளியீட்டுத் திணைக்களம்) அவர்கள் சிறப்பு விருந்தினராகவும் கலந்து சிறப்பித்தனர்.
