Perhaps you’ve heard of the Fifteen Promises of the Rosary. According to Sacred Tradition, Our Lady promised St. Dominic that she would pour out specific blessings upon those men and women who pray the Rosary daily.

In case you’ve never heard of them, here are the promises which Our Lady made:

𝟭. To all those who shall recite my rosary devoutly, I promise my special protection and very great graces.

𝟮. Those who shall persevere in the recitation of my rosary shall receive signal graces.

𝟯. The rosary shall be a very powerful armor against hell; it will destroy vice, deliver from sin, and dispel heresy.

𝟰. The rosary will make virtue and good works flourish, and will obtain for souls the most abundant divine mercies; it will draw the hearts of men from the love of the world to the love of God, and will lift them to the desire of eternal things. How many souls shall sanctify themselves by this means!

𝟱. Those who trust themselves to me through the rosary shall not perish.

𝟲. Those who shall recite my rosary devoutly, meditating on its mysteries, shall not be overwhelmed by misfortune. The sinner shall be converted; the just shall grow in grace and become worthy of eternal life.

𝟳. Those truly devoted to my rosary shall not die without the Sacraments of the Church.

𝟴. Those who faithfully recite my rosary shall find during their life and at the hour of their death the light of God, the fullness of his graces, and shall share in the merits of the blessed.

𝟵. I shall deliver very promptly from purgatory the souls devoted to my rosary.

𝟭𝟬. The true children of my rosary shall enjoy great glory in heaven.

𝟭𝟭. What you ask through my rosary, you shall obtain.

𝟭𝟮. Those who propagate my rosary will be aided by me in all their necessities.

𝟭𝟯. I have obtained from my Son that all the members of the Rosary Confraternity shall have as their intercessors, in life and in death, the entire celestial court.

𝟭𝟰. Those who recite my rosary faithfully are all my beloved children, the brothers and sisters of Jesus Christ.

𝟭𝟱. Devotion to my rosary is a great sign of predestination.

කතෝලිකයන් දේවස්ථානයකට ඇතුළු වන විට හෝ පිටවන විට එක් දණක් නමනු ඔබ කවදා හෝ දැක තිබේද? ඔවුන් දිව්‍ය සත්ප්‍රසාද මංජුසාව (Tabernacle) දෙසට මෙසේ කරන්නේ මන්දැයි ඔබ සිතා තිබේද? මෙම ක්‍රියාව "දණනමස්කාරය" (Genuflection) ලෙස හඳුන්වනු ලබන අතර, එය මංජුසාව තුළ වැඩසිටින ජේසුස් ක්‍රිස්තුස් වහන්සේගේ ජීවමාන පැවැත්ම කෙරෙහි දක්වන සරල නමුත් ප්‍රබල ගෞරවයේ සලකුණකි.

The INCORRUPTIBILITY of St Bernadette Soubirous

Saint Bernadette Soubirous is one of the most beloved saints associated with the extraordinary phenomenon of incorruptibility—a sign, in Catholic tradition, of God’s special grace upon a holy life.

Born in 1844 in Lourdes, Bernadette was a poor and simple girl who became known to the world after experiencing a series of apparitions of the Blessed Virgin Mary in 1858. Despite her fragile health and lack of education, she remained humble and steadfast, never seeking fame or recognition for what she had witnessed.

After the apparitions, Bernadette entered religious life with the Sisters of Charity in Nevers, where she lived quietly, offering her sufferings to God until her death in 1879 at the age of 35.

Years later, (about 30 years) when her body was exhumed during the process for canonization, it was found remarkably preserved—what the Church refers to as incorrupt. Today, her body rests in a glass reliquary at the Convent of Saint Gildard, drawing pilgrims from around the world who come to witness this sign of holiness.

The incorruptibility of Saint Bernadette is seen not merely as a physical marvel, but as a spiritual reminder: a life lived in purity, humility, and deep faith leaves a lasting imprint that transcends even death.
