ගොඩාක් මිනිස්සුන්ගෙ ප්‍රශ්නෙ සල්ලි..

පරම්පරාවෙන් ඔයාට මුකුත්ම ලැබිලා නැතුව ඇති. ඒත් දවසක ඔයාගෙ ලමයි ඔයාට ඔහොම කියන්න තත්වයක් උදාකරන්න එපා. ඔයාගේ පරම්පරාවෙන් දියුනුම පුද්ගලයා ඔයා වෙන්න.

මුල් මාස කිහිපයේ ඔයාගෙ බිස්නස් එකෙන් ලාභයක් නැතිවෙන්න පුළුවන්, පාඩුවෙන්න පුළුවන්. හැබැයි කරන දේ නතර කරන්න එපා. මොකද ඔයා සාර්ථක වෙනකන් ඔයාගෙ පවුල බලන් ඉන්නවා.

මතක තියාගන්න කොකා කෝලා ආයතනය මුලින්ම කොකා කෝලා විකුනනකොට මුලින් අවුරුද්දේ විකිනිලා තියෙන්නෙ බෝතල් 25ක් විතරයි.

ඔවුන් හිතුවා නම් ඒක හරියන බිස්නස් එකක් නෙවෙයි ඒක නතර කරන්න ඕනෙ කියලා, එහෙනම් අද Coca-cola කියලා බීම එකක් අපිට බොන්න ලැබෙන්නෙ නෑ..

🪑 “හිස් ආසන මූලධර්මය” (The Empty Chair Principle)

ජැක් මා: ලැජ්ජා සහගත මොහොතක්, අලිබබා අධිරාජ්‍යයේ අත්තිවාරම කරගත් හැටි ගැනයි මේ කතාව

ජැක් මා ලෝක පූජිත වීමට පෙර, අලිබබා (Alibaba) ලොව වටිනාම සමාගමක් වීමට පෙර, බොහෝ දෙනෙකුට දරාගත නොහැකි තරම් ලැජ්ජා සහගත මොහොතකට ඔහු මුහුණ දුන්නේය.

ඔහුගේ ඉංග්‍රීසි පාසලේ මුල් කාලයේදී ජැක් කුඩා සම්මන්ත්‍රණයක් සංවිධානය කළේය. ඔහු ප්‍රදේශයේ ව්‍යාපාරිකයින් 20 දෙනෙකුට එයට ආරාධනා කළේය.
ඔහු ඉතා උද්යෝගයෙන් සිටියේය.
සටහන් සකස් කළේය.
පුටු 20ක් පිළිවෙලට තැබුවේය.
ඔහු කතා කරන හැම වචනයක්ම පුහුණු වුණා.
නමුත් වැඩසටහන පටන් ගන්නා වෙලාව පැමිණි විට...
පැමිණ සිටියේ එක් අයෙක් පමණි.
විස්සක් නෙවෙයි. දහයක් නෙවෙයි. පහක්වත් නෙවෙයි.
එක් කෙනයි!

හිස් ආසන 19ක් මැද තනි මිනිසෙක් ඉදිරිපස පේළියේ වාඩි වී සිටියේය.
ජැක් මාට දැනුනේ දැඩි අපහසුතාවයකි.
* වැඩසටහන අවලංගු කරන්න ඔහුට සිතුණි.

බොහෝ ව්‍යවසායකයින්ට අමතක වන දේ ජැක් මා තේරුම් ගත්තේය:
සාර්ථකත්වය ගොඩනැගෙන්නේ ශාලාව පිරී ඇති විට නොවේ. ශාලාව හිස් වූ විට පවා ඔබ ඔබේ කාර්යය අකුරටම ඉටු කරන විටය.

💡 අලෙවිකරණ පාඩම (Marketing Lesson)
ඔබේ අනාගත ජයග්‍රහණය සැඟවී ඇත්තේ ඔබට "වැදගත්වක් නැතැයි" සිතෙන කුඩා සංඛ්‍යා තුළයි:
* නරඹන්නන් (Viewers) 3 දෙනෙකු සමඟ කරන Live වීඩියෝව.
* Likes 7 ක් පමණක් ඇති ෆේස්බුක් පෝස්ට් එක.
* එක් පුද්ගලයෙක් පමණක් සහභාගී වන වැඩමුළුව.
* තවමත් එකම එක Order එකක්වත් නැති ඔබේ අලුත් ව්‍යාපාරය.
ප්‍රේක්ෂකයින් අඩු නිසා බොහෝ අය වැඩේ අතහැර දමති.
නමුත් ශූරයන් බිහිවන්නේ, "කී දෙනෙක් බලාගෙන ඉන්නවාද" යන්න නොසලකා තම උපරිමය ලබා දීමෙනි.
සෑම අධිරාජ්‍යයක්ම ආරම්භ වන්නේ 'එක් ප්‍රේක්ෂකයෙකුගෙන්' (One Audience) බව අමතක නොකරන්න.
