*හැම කල්හි පිබිදැ සිටින (කෙලෙස් නින්දෙන් නො නිදන), දව රෑ දෙක්හි තුන් සිකෙහි හික්මෙන, කෙලෙස් පිරිනිවනෙහි ඇලුනු යෝගවචරයන්ගේ ආශ්‍රවයෝ විනාශයට යන්නාහ.*

*බෞද්ධ ඉතිහාසයේ ශාසනික වශයෙන් වැදගත් සිදුවීම් රැසක් සිදූවූ වප් පුන් පොහෝ දිනය අදට යෙදී තිබෙනවා.*

• *භාග්‍යවත් ගෞතම බුද්ධ තෙම සම්මාවෝධිය ලැබූ පසු පළමු වස් වාසය අවසන් කිරීම.*

• *මහ භික්ෂු සංඝයා විසින් පළමු වස්වසානයෙන් පසු පැවැත්වූ “පාවාරණා” උත්සවය.*

• *අරහත් මහින්ද තෙරුන් වහන්සේ ශ්‍රී ලංකාවට පැමිණි පසු, පළමුවරට ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ භික්ෂු සංඝයා විසින් පාවාරණා උත්සවය පැවැත්වීම.*

• *බෞද්ධයන් විසින් වස් අවසන් වන සමයේ දාන, පුණ්‍ය කර්ම හා සෙරසිලි කටයුතු කිරීම.*

*පින්බර වප් පුන් පොහෝ දිනයක් වේවා!*

On this Children’s Day 2025, the Ananda College Radio Club joined hands to celebrate the laughter, stories, and dreams of little ones — amplifying the beauty of childhood through love and togetherness. Where every child’s laughter becomes a melody worth sharing.

පරිජිණ්ණමිදං රූපං රොගනිඩ්ඪං පභඞ්ගුරං

භිජ්ජති පූතිසන්‍දෙහො මරණන්තං හි ජීවිතං.

මේ රූපය (පාලු වැ ගිය හෙයින්) ඉතා ජීර්‍ණ ව ගියේ, වැලිත් නොයෙක් රෝගයනට කැදැල්ලක් බඳු ය. වහා නස්නා සුලු ය. (රන්වන් වුව ද නව දොරින් සතතයෙන් වැහෙන කුණු ඇති බැවින්) කුණු වූ මේ කය තෙම (නොබෝ කලෙකින්) බිඳෙන්නේ ය. කුමක් හෙයින? යත්: සියලු සතුන්ගේ ජීවිතය තෙම යම් හෙයකින් මරණය ම අන්ත කොටැත්තේ ද, එහෙයිනි.

•පළමු භික්ෂුණී සංඝයා පිහිටුවීම – ප්‍රජාපතී ගෝතමි දේවියසහ භික්ෂුණීන් 500ක් භික්ෂුණී සංඝයට පිළිගෙනීම සිදු විය.

In the static of silence, a legacy hums beneath the wavelengths.

From the first broadcast to the final fade-out, the 2024/25 Board of Officials of the Ananda College Radio Club now signs off — leaving echoes that will never truly go quiet.

The mic rests, but the voice echoes on.

වෛරී වූ මනුෂ්‍යයන් අතුරෙහි (දුශ්චරිතවෛර නැතියෙන්) අපි වෛර නොකරමින් සුවසේ සැපයෙන් වන්නෙමු.අප වෛරී මිනිසුන් අතර අවෛරී මිනිසුන් වෙමු.

බෞද්ධ ඉතිහාසයේ ශාසනික වශයෙන් වැදගත් සිදුවීම් රැසක් සිදුවූ නිකිණි පුන් පොහෝ දිනය යෙදී තිබෙනවා.

• බුදුරජාණන් වහන්සේගේ පරිණිර්වානයෙන් පසු ප්‍රථම ධර්ම සංගායනාව පැවැත්වීම

• භික්ෂූ ශාසනයේ විනය නීති පැනවීම මෙන්ම භික්ෂූන් පසු වස් විසීම ආරම්භ කරන්නේද නිකිණි පුන් පොහෝ දිනය මුල් කොට ගෙනය.

• මේ දිනේදී බුදුදහමේ විශිෂ්ට ශ්‍රාවකයෙකු වූ සැරියුත් මහරහතන්ගේ උපසම්පදා සිදු වීමත් විශේෂ අරුතක් ගෙන දෙයි

• එමෙන්ම බෞද්ධයාගෙ මුදුන් මල්කඬ බදු මහනුවර ශ්‍රි දළදා මලිගාවේ අවසන් රංදෙලිය නුවර වීදි සරන්නේද අදවන් නිකිනි පොහොය දිනකදීමය.
