Such an amazing experience at the Ceylon Literary & Art Festival speaking with creative practitioner Nicole Farhi, who was an integral part of the global phenomenon that was the ‘French Connection’ brand, and has evolved into a critically acclaimed sculpture whose thematic work is much sought after worldwide!

Inspired by Our GORGEOUS Grandmother Erin Don Carolis, who was an accomplished Pianist, Artist (water color/oil Painting) and poetess! Her unmistakable style with her saree drapes (usually Chiffons with long Pallu to the floor) and ability to accessorize with aplomb added to her impeccable wit & humor. A bygone aristocratic era where good manners, understated luxury and elegance ruled.
