Live, Love & Give

We are group of people who wish to spread a little love. Finally in December 2016, Live, Love & Give was registered as a charity organisation in Sri Lanka.

Inspired by the Alabaster Mobile Clinic in 2008, a group of friends first started working on charity projects to help those in need. The very first project organised was a Christmas celebration for the child patients of the Maharagama National Cancer Hospital. Today, Live, Love & Give can be described as a community who works towards achieving the following objectives:

1. To identify less fortun

ate members of society, orphaned and homeless youth, woman and children and contribute towards improving and empowering their way of life.

2. Providing career guidance and training facilities for school leavers and adults in Arts, Sciences and Music.

3. Providing medical facilities, guidance and consultations to help children with autism, down syndrome, cancer or any other illness.

4. To conduct projects and programs on awareness to maintain the higher level of public health and sanitation.

5. Providing a stress-free lifestyle by solving day to day social problems through Peace and Advisory Councils & Instituting welfare measures for ensuring protection against hazards and natural disasters.

Community First. Healthcare Without Barriers.

Every number represents a life reached, a family supported, and a community strengthened.

From providing home visits for bedbound patients and paediatric care, to identifying malnutrition, managing chronic conditions, and connecting critical cases with advanced medical facilities, this outreach programme delivered compassionate healthcare where it was needed most.

Together with our partners, we continue to make quality healthcare accessible to those who need it most.

Healthcare is most powerful when it reaches those who need it most. ❤️

Together with Alabaster International, our team travelled to Padaviya and Welioya to bring compassionate, accessible healthcare directly to underserved communities.

Over three days, we:
• Conducted home visits for patients unable to travel and bed ridden
• Screened and treated more than 120 patients
• Managed acute and chronic health conditions
• Identified and supported malnourished elders with nutritional supplements
• Provided referrals for patients requiring specialised medical care

Every consultation, home visit and referral was a reminder that quality healthcare should never be limited by location or circumstance.

Thank you to every volunteer, healthcare professional, donor and community member who made this mission possible. Together, we are building healthier communities, one patient at a time.

Empowering Youth. Building Futures.

Through the LAKRIVI Programme and Youth Eco Tourism Pilot, Live Love & Give is investing in the next generation of leaders in Padaviya. By providing mentorship, skills development, and growth opportunities, we are helping young people unlock their potential and create positive change within their communities.

Alongside this, we are supporting youth-led eco tourism initiatives that celebrate the region’s rich heritage, natural beauty, and biodiversity, creating sustainable opportunities for entrepreneurship and community development.

Together, we are nurturing leaders, inspiring innovation, and building a brighter future for Padaviya.

Evergreen Initiative | Weli-Oya Project

Every generation deserves a place to belong, connect, and thrive.

Through the Weli-Oya Project, Live Love & Give aims to create a dedicated community centre for senior citizens in Padaviya, fostering companionship, wellbeing, and meaningful engagement. This initiative will provide a safe and welcoming space where elders can share their wisdom, stay active, and continue making a valuable contribution to the community.
