At the 30th South Asian Youth Table Tennis Championship, which recorded the highest number of participants in the history of South Asian table tennis tournaments and was held from April 8 to 11, the achievements of the Damsō table tennis players who represented the Sri Lankan team are as follows:

The Damso team has achieved the highest representation, with EIGHT (08) players selected for the Sri Lanka National Team at the South Asian Youth Table Tennis Championship 2026 – India.

It is with great pride that we announce that our very own Assistant Prefect, Akain Bojith, will be representing Sri Lanka as the Under-19 Team Captain. Jounir Prefect Hareen Nimdinu will also be representing the Sri Lanka team, while serving as the Table Tennis Captain of the school.

We also extend our appreciation to our dedicated Sokian coach, Chathura Dushan, whose guidance was instrumental in this success. 🏓🇱🇰

We wish all the players the very best as they carry the flag high and showcase the relentless dedication, discipline, and drive that define Damso excellence.
