The Secondary, Intermediate, and Foundation Phase Departments participated in a Professional Development Workshop led by Mr. Alaa Fakih, focusing on E-School virtual classes and digital teaching tools.

The session highlighted key updates and practical features, including live classes, virtual classrooms, and the interactive whiteboard, supporting effective and consistent use of digital learning tools across the departments.

في إطار الاستعداد للعام الدراسي 2026–2027، عُقدت دورة تدريبية للمنسقين والأساتذة في القسم الثانوي تحت عنوان:

«نحو التميّز الأكاديمي: توحيد الرؤية وتطوير الأداء في القسم الثانوي»

هدفت الدورة إلى بناء رؤية مشتركة للعمل الأكاديمي والإداري، وتوضيح الأدوار والمسؤوليات، وتعزيز التعاون والتنسيق بين إدارة القسم والمنسقين والأساتذة، بما يضمن انطلاقة منظمة وفاعلة للعام الدراسي الجديد.

وتناولت الدورة مجموعة من المحاور الأساسية، أبرزها آلية إدارة القسم الثانوي، التخطيط الأكاديمي، إعداد الخطط السنوية ومتابعة تنفيذها، تنظيم الملفات والتقارير، متابعة أداء الطلاب وتحليل النتائج، مؤشرات الأداء (KPIs)، وآليات التواصل والمتابعة بين مختلف أفراد الفريق الأكاديمي.

كما تم التأكيد على أهمية دور المنسق في قيادة العمل الأكاديمي ضمن مادته، ودور الأستاذ في تنفيذ الخطط ومتابعة تقدم الطلاب، ضمن منظومة تقوم على المساءلة، التعاون، تبادل الخبرات، والمتابعة المستمرة.

وشكّلت الدورة مساحة للحوار ومشاركة الأفكار، بهدف الانتقال من العمل الفردي إلى ثقافة الفريق الواحد، ومن المتابعة التقليدية إلى العمل المبني على التخطيط والبيانات وقياس النتائج.

وتأتي هذه الدورة كخطوة أساسية نحو بناء قسم ثانوي أكثر تنظيماً، تعاوناً وابتكاراً، يسعى باستمرار إلى تطوير جودة التعليم ورفع مستوى الأداء الأكاديمي، واضعاً نجاح الطالب وتقدمه في صميم أولوياته.

Today’s professional development session, addressed to teachers of the Intermediate and Secondary Departments, focused on the ELEOT (Effective Learning Environments Observation Tool), highlighting its key criteria and the different learning environments that promote effective teaching, active student engagement, and meaningful learning experiences. The session also explored practical ways to implement these environments in the classroom to enhance the overall learning experience.
The session was led by Ms. Israa Taha and Mrs. Elian Attal.

The Intermediate Department hosted a highly beneficial workshop on Microsoft Word, Google Drive, and Spreadsheets, led by Mr. Hussein Ghabris.

Our teachers were highly engaged and interactive throughout the session, exploring practical tools and techniques that will make their daily work more efficient, organized, and productive.
