Over the months of June and July 2026, the Professional Mediation Centre (CPM-USJ) successfully completed the first training cycle of the project « Training and Empowering on Community Conflict Resolution Support ».

Five training groups were held across Beirut, Mount Lebanon, North, Bekaa, and South Lebanon, bringing together 120 professionals from diverse backgrounds, including the Internal Security Forces (ISF), General Security (GS), the Lebanese Armed Forces (LAF), the judiciary, lawyers from Beirut and Tripoli Bar Association, social workers and civil society organizations.

Together, they are contributing to stronger dialogue, collaboration, and more peaceful communities across Lebanon.

This activity was carried out by CPM-USJ under the Women Empowerment Hub in Lebanon project funded by the European Union and implemented by Expertise France and GIZins.Expertise FranceEuropean Union in Lebanon

تعزيز ثقافة الوساطة و الحوار لدى الشباب: الفرص و التحديات
عنوان الندوة التي دعى اليها “ اللقاء للحوار الديني والاجتماعي “ بالتعاون مع” المركز المهني للوساطة في جامعة القديس يوسف في بيروت” ، وذلك في مركز الصفدي الثقافي في طرابلس ، يوم الجمعة ٣ تموز ٢٠٢٦ . ادار الندوة الدكتور مصطفى الحلوة ، حيث تعاقبت خلال هذه الندوة ثلاث مداخلات . استهلها المهندس ايلي الخوري النائب في البرلمان اللبناني ونائب رئيس الهيئة الإدارية في “اللقاء للحوار الديني والاجتماعي “، الذي تحدث عن أهمية الكلمة في التواصل وعن تاريخ الوساطة ودور القضاء في اقتراح المصالحة واهمية تقنيات الوساطة في الدبلوماسية ، ثم كانت مداخلة للاستاذة يمنى العلبي حلاب ، العضوة في الهيئة الإدارية في “ اللقاء للحوار الديني والاجتماعي “والعضوة في “المركز المهني للوساطة في جامعة القديس يوسف في بيروت “، التي تحدثت عن تجربتها في التدرب على الوساطة واهميتها بالنسبة للمحامي . ثم عرضت الأستاذة زينا حسيني مجذوب مسؤولة “فرع طرابلس والشمال في المركز المهني للوساطة في جامعة القديس يوسف في بيروت” ، موضوع الندوة منوهة بأهمية الحوار لحسن التواصل والإنتاجية باي مشروع ، كما أهمية الوساطة في إدارة وحل الخلافات ، والتحديات لنشر هذه الثقافة في المجتمع وصولا الى دور” المركزالمهني للوساطة في جامعة القديس يوسف في بيروت “، في التخفيف من هذه التحديات ومعالجة أسبابها.
