But real begins when we dare to speak about .
2025 taught me that failure is not always visible. Sometimes it looks like staying too long, explaining too much, and giving more than the space can hold. My does not need to be valid.
I learned that being and is not enough when systems survive on delay, avoidance, or fear of . Repeating myself did not create understanding, it only drained my .
The lesson was simple and hard,

I stopped translating my into smaller language just to be accepted. I also learned a boundary I will not cross again,

Most educators are using AI, but only at the surface level.
Many teachers use it to rewrite worksheets, create questions, or draft emails. Helpful, yes, but limited.
The real value of in education appears when it becomes a , not just a writing tool.
Educators can use AI to

reflect on after the lesson.
This is not about replacing the teacher.
It is about reducing , saving , and improving .
AI does not change good teaching.
