التغيير ما كان فكرة عابرة بحياتي…
كان رحلة كتبتها، عشتها، وسمحت لها تغيّرني.

ككاتبة، رأيت كيف يمكن للكلمة
أن توقظ وعيًا، وتفتح مساحات داخلية، وتلامس تحوّلات حقيقية عند آلاف القرّاء.

وكإنسانة، عرفت التغيير من محطات الحياة نفسها:
من الفقد، من التحوّل، ومن لحظات كان القرار فيها ضرورة لا خيارًا.

اليوم، واستكمالًا لسلسلة تواصل أحلى،
وبالتعاون مع بلدية الشويفات،
يسعدني أن أقدّم لقاءً تفاعليًا حضوريًا بعنوان "اختار تتغيّر"
من خلال InOut Academy،
حيث ننتقل معًا من الوعي إلى الاختيار،
ومن الاختيار إلى فعلٍ يسمح للتغيير أن يزهر.

من الداخل إلى الخارج InsideOUT
لأن التغيير الحقيقي يُعاش، ويُجسَّد، ويزهر.

Change was never a passing idea in my life.
It became a journey I allowed myself to live, write, and be transformed by.

As a writer, I’ve witnessed how words can awaken awareness, open inner spaces, and touch real transformation in the lives of many readers.

And as a human being, I came to know change through life itself, through loss, transition, and moments when choosing differently became a necessity, not an option.

As a continuation of the "Tawasol Ahla" series, and in collaboration with "Choueifat Municipality #, I’m honored to deliver a live, in-person interactive gathering titled Choose to Change through InOut Academy.

A space where awareness turns into choice, choice into action, and change is allowed to truly blossom from the InsideOUT.

To the rhythm of life…

At 48, not in years, but in breaths
I’ve learned how opposites can live together in peace.
Inhale and exhale.
Strength and softness.
Giving and holding boundaries.

In a world overwhelmed by technology,
where artificial intelligence is the new norm,
where fierce competition reigns
where natural beauty is labeled a flaw,
and inspiration is reduced to catchy lines with no depth,
where leadership and success have become mass-produced titles

I found myself longing to return… to myself.
To re-anchor my humanity.
To reposition my soul in the middle of the noise.

This year taught me so much.

Yes! I’ve learned how to blossom.
But how could I not?

I’m the one who wrote "When Autumn Blooms".
I’m the one who created "Blossom Beyond Adversity" not as a brand, but as a truth.
I’m the one who teaches others how to rise from their storms,
how to rebuild from the roots up.

Maybe the transition had to be this hard.
Maybe I had to walk through the fire
so I could come out of this year,
and step into the next one,
more grounded, more beautiful, and more me.

Because flowers don’t grow from ease
they grow from depth.

4 lessons shaped me.
8 commitments will carry me forward.
48 is not a number.
It’s a testimony
a quiet, powerful promise
to keep blooming, no matter the soil.

بامتنانٍ عميق، أوجّه شكري لكل من كان حاضرًا في رحلة *Blossom Beyond Adversity* هذا العام، شاهدًا على أن الإزهار ممكن حتى في أكثر الفصول قسوة.
إلى عامٍ جديد يُقبل علينا بلطف، تُرافقه الشجاعة، ويزهر فيه ما ظننّاه يومًا أثقل من أن يُحتمل.

This year didn’t end with a grand finale. It ended with a homecoming.

I’m closing 2024 more aligned and grounded than I began it. Not by adding more, but by returning to what has always, quietly, held me.

Completing my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification was never about a career shift. It was the continuation of a love story that started in the ruins. Yoga found me when my life was at its messiest , when loss wasn’t a phase, but the ground I was standing on.

It didn’t arrive as movement. It arrived as survival.
Before it shaped my body, it rewired my nervous system.
Before it taught me form, it taught me how to breathe through uncertainty.

That breath became my anchor. And it quietly transformed everything , how I live, how I lead, how I stand in the world.

Like the steady focus of tree pose, I learned that true reach comes from rootedness. When one foot is grounded, balance follows. You learn to stay steady even when everything around you is moving.

This piece of paper doesn’t change what I do.
It changes how I show up while doing it , grounded, present, and whole.

As this year turns, my deepest gratitude is for this practice. It’s the blessing that taught me to breathe, then showed me how to build a life from that breath.

Thank you Nazih Wehbe, a yoga teacher who walk the talk, thank you SPI for the professionalism, and thank you my friends Souha and Mouna for this beautiful journey.

I end 2024 standing where I once learned to breathe again.

And from here, I lead.

19 years ago, life gifted me with a soul who continues to teach me courage, love, and rebirth.

Happy Birthday, Ghadi 💙 You are my forever reminder that even in the fiercest storms and beyond loss, love makes us blossom. 🌸

And maybe, just maybe, September was never meant to be clear.
Maybe the questions that returned , the doubt, the ache
were simply old parts of you
asking to be seen in a new way.

You might notice how “Who am I?” doesn’t need an answer right now.
Just space. Just breath. Just a moment to pause in the middle of the turning.

Round and round, yes, again. But not as before.
Not stuck. Just circling something that matters.
And sometimes it’s when you stop trying to break free
that something starts to soften.

There’s a kind of wisdom disguised in grey, isn’t there?
In the slowing. In the not-knowing.
In all that isn’t fixed or finished.

And perhaps being lost and found
is less a problem to solve…
and more a rhythm to move with.

So if something in you has been stirring quietly
or loudly beneath the surface,
you don’t have to rush.
October is arriving.
And part of you already knows how to meet it. Let’s talk.
