التعلم ليس مجرد كتب وامتحانات، بل هو رحلة نبنيها معًا. فمن خلال المشاريع والعمل التعاوني ودعم التلاميذ لبعضهم كمعلمين مرافقين، يكتسب الطلاب مهارات التعاون واحترام الاختلاف و الثقة بالنفس. كما تسهم المناقشات الصفية وتبادل الآراء والألعاب والتحديات في جعل التعلم ممتعًا وذا قيمة، وتساعد على بناء بيئة صفية آمنة و داعمة يشعر فيها كل طالب بالثقة والتقدير والتحفيز.
