On 28 May 2026, PBIS Founder Ms. Pathana Panyathip joined the ADB panel discussion ๐„๐ง๐ก๐š๐ง๐œ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐–๐จ๐ฆ๐ž๐ง ๐„๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐ž๐ฉ๐ซ๐ž๐ง๐ž๐ฎ๐ซ๐ฌโ€™ ๐€๐œ๐œ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐ญ๐จ ๐…๐ข๐ง๐š๐ง๐œ๐ž ๐ข๐ง ๐‹๐š๐จ ๐๐ƒ๐‘ at the Holiday Inn Vientiane.

The event brought together female business leaders to share experiences in business growth, access to finance and overcoming challenges.

During the discussion, Ms. Pathana shared PBISโ€™s guiding values: Passion, Purpose, Preservation and Professionalism. She highlighted that sustainable institutions are built by people who care deeply, continue learning, uphold integrity and stay committed to their values.

Our PBIS staff took a well-deserved moment to step back, breathe, and recharge during "๐“๐ก๐ž ๐ƒ๐š๐ข๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ž๐ญ" mindfulness workshop.

We were deeply honoured to welcome ๐ƒ๐ซ. ๐Œ๐š๐ž๐œ๐ก๐ž๐ž ๐‚๐ก๐ข๐ซ๐š๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ง ๐Š๐ก๐š๐ง๐š๐ซ๐๐ง๐ข๐ (๐๐ฎ๐๐๐ก๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ ๐ง๐ฎ๐ง), who shared simple, practical strategies to help our team navigate the school day with greater calm, clarity, and intention.

In 2001, PBIS began simply out of a mother's love and a desire to build the best possible environment for children to grow. Today, we are incredibly proud to celebrate our ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ“๐ญ๐ก ๐€๐ง๐ง๐ข๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐š๐ซ๐ฒ and the thousands of stories written within our walls.

Meet ๐“๐š๐ฆ, our dedicated HR Officer, who recently fulfilled a lifelong dream by representing Laos in the ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿ—๐ญ๐ก ๐’๐ก๐ข๐ฉ ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ ๐’๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ก๐ž๐š๐ฌ๐ญ ๐€๐ฌ๐ข๐š๐ง ๐š๐ง๐ ๐‰๐š๐ฉ๐š๐ง๐ž๐ฌ๐ž ๐˜๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ก ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ ๐ซ๐š๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ž (๐’๐’๐„๐€๐˜๐)!
