The first meeting of the Community Promoting Education Team is now done, and we are looking forward to the next session to act on our project plans. Everything will be done with our passion.

Le - Executive Director
: Leads the organization by setting strategic goals, managing overall operations, and ensuring alignment with the mission. Oversees budgeting, fundraising, and stakeholder relations. Acts as the primary spokesperson and advocate for the organization, working to build partnerships and secure resources.

Lucy - Program Manager
: Develops and manages educational programs and initiatives. Coordinates the implementation of these programs, works with educators and community partners, and evaluates program effectiveness. Ensures that programs are responsive to community needs and align with organizational objectives.

Yasmin - Community Outreach Coordinator
: Builds relationships with local schools, community groups, and other stakeholders. Organizes and promotes community events, workshops, and educational opportunities. Works to increase community engagement and participation in the organization’s programs.

Manila - Fundraising and Development Manager
: Designs and executes fundraising strategies to support the organization’s mission. Manages donor relationships, grants, and special events. Develops proposals and reports to secure financial support and ensure sustainability.

Pa - Volunteer Coordinator
: Recruits, trains, and manages volunteers who support the organization’s activities. Develops volunteer programs, schedules, and resources. Ensures volunteers are effectively integrated into the organization and that their contributions align with program goals.

focuses on the following areas:
1. Youth Leadership Training: Developing programs that empower young people with leadership skills and opportunities.
2. Promoting Learning and Education: Advocating for and supporting educational initiatives and opportunities for community members.
3. Promoting Legal Awareness: Enhancing public understanding of legal rights and responsibilities, and encouraging participation in the formation of laws and the rule of law.
4. Supporting Underprivileged Students in Rural Laos: Providing resources and assistance to help students from disadvantaged backgrounds access and continue their education.
5. Inspirational Storytelling: Using storytelling to motivate and inspire young people, fostering personal growth and resilience.
6. Promoting English Language Learning: Facilitating English language education to improve communication skills and expand opportunities for community members.
