Contrary to popular belief, it is nearly impossible to open a jet door in mid-flight at high altitude. The large difference in air pressure between the interior and outside of the cabin at cruising altitude, which is normally greater than 10,000 feet, makes opening the door impossible.

The Bermuda Triangle, located in the western North Atlantic Ocean, is well-known for its mythology concerning inexplicable ship and aircraft disappearances. However, the notion that pilots deliberately avoid flying over this area is a fiction. The Bermuda Triangle is a popular route for both commercial and private planes, and there is no evidence to suggest that it is more dangerous than any other area of the ocean. Modern aviation does not see the Bermuda Triangle as a no-fly zone or an area of high danger.

Braniff created a new benchmark, inspiring other airlines to improve their offerings.

A recent research or analysis found that 43% of pilots had acknowledged to falling asleep during a flight. This raises substantial concerns regarding pilot fatigue and the associated hazards to aviation safety. Long working hours, minimal relaxation times, and inconsistent schedules are all potential causes of this problem. Addressing pilot fatigue is critical to ensuring safer skies for passengers and crew members.

Roy's most famous aerial accomplishment occurred in 1925, when she was photographed with fellow daredevil Ivan Unger, a member of the Flying Black Hats, playing tennis on the upper wing of a biplane flying 3,000 feet (914 meters) above land. The image is still one of the most recognizable from the classic wing-walking era. Roy would subsequently die tragically, accidently walking into a spinning propeller of a parked aircraft just after finishing a magazine picture.
