The basic form of this word is 약오르다 (yagoreuda)
For the conjugation,
*we remove 다
*from 르, we remove (으) and add double ㄹㄹ

Listening Quiz Answer
It's A. 늦었네 (Neujeotne)
B actually has exactly the same sound as A, but 늦다 is the basic form which means "be late".
늦었네 is a past form, and ending 네 indicates that we didn't expect someone to do something, or something that happened is out of our expectation. In this case, Oh YoonHee didn't expect Cheon SeoJin to be late, that's why she said "늦었네".
__________________________________________

Jawaban Quiz Listening
A. 늦었네 (Neujeotne)
B Sebenarnya cara bacanya persis dengan A, tapi kata dasar "terlambat" adalah
