Becoming a leader means learning from great leaders and using their experiences to develop your own leadership skills. Confidence, creativity, delivery and intelligence are the characteristics that are seen and learned at ICON. Students are put into an atmosphere where individual voice is nurtured and heard. (Learning from the great minds of story tellers and the world's great icons allows our students to develop a voice that commands respect and following.) By reading great literature, students are exposed to the minds and ideas that formulate the world's great leaders. We believe in the idea that "Leaders are made, not born, and made more by themselves than by any external means. Second, that no leader sets out to be a leader per se, but rather to express himself freely and fully." All the facets of language are taught and students are given guidance to develop their own strengths and passions.

저희 아이콘 학원에서는, 영어를 통해 성공적인 삶을 이루는데 필요한 리더십을 가르칩니다. 위대한 지도자에게 배우고 그들의 경험을 살려 자신만의 리더십을 발전시킨다면 지도자가 될 수 있습니다. 자신감, 창의성, 표현력과 사고력을 저희 아이콘 학원에서 배우게 될 것입니다. 학생들은 개인의 표현력이 길러지고 자신의 생각을 발표할 수 있는 분위기에서 학습하게 될 것 입니다.

학생들은 위대한 문학작품들을 읽음으로써 세계 위대한 지도자들의 마음가짐과 생각들을 익힐 것입니다. "지도자는 선천적으로 태어나는 것이 아니라 만들어지는 것입니다."라는 생각을 우리는 굳게 믿습니다. 학생들에게 언어를 다방면으로 가르치고 그들의 능력과 열정을 최대한으로 이끌어 낼 수 있도록 지도할 것 입니다.
