POSMIT (POSTECH Strategic Management of Information and Technology) Lab, founded in 1989, is an ambitious, innovative, and globe-oriented laboratory at Dept of Industrial and Management Engineering of POSTECH. programs have graduated and actively are now working in various strategic IS areas in academia and industry. udents and 2 researchers. Our primary research is concentrated on Strategic Management of Information Systems and Technology Management. POSMIT conducts research on Strategic Management of Information Technologies to cope with rapidly changing business environment such as globalization and fierce competition. In recent years, the research of the POSMIT has focused on strategic management in Industry-University-Institute Collaboration. The research also focuses on Management of Technology (MOT) that acquires, manages, and applies technologies, which has gained more importance as the core competencies of firm. A recent research theme of POSMIT in MOT is performance analysis and evaluation of government-sponsored R&D.
