We are constantly recruiting professional instructors as the number of students and the scale of our academy grow. We offer opportunities to work as full-time, part-time, or freelance instructors in a supportive learning environment with excellent educational facilities. We welcome applications from highly capable teachers.

Qualifications

1. Minimum Education

Applicants must have at least a bachelor's or master's degree.

Bachelor's degree holders: Must have at least 5 years of teaching experience.

Master's degree holders: Must have at least 3 years of teaching experience.

Doctorate holders: Benefits will be provided during the hiring process.

Applicants with a professional doctoral degree, such as a Doctor of Pharmacy, will receive additional advantages.

2. Test Scores

Instructors must have an SAT score of 1580 or higher, or a GRE score in the 99th percentile or above.

3. Highschool

Applicants who graduated from prestigious high schools, such as top 5 U.S. boarding schools, science high schools, or charter or magnet high schools, will receive additional points in the hiring process.

SAT (Reading, Writing, and Math)

AP (Computer Science, US History, Calculus, Statistics, Physics, Environmental Science, Human Geography, English Language)

Research (based on statistical analysis)
