사랑해요 대한민국 발음편 - 1.아이 (중국어) 09/10/2015

Today is Hangeul Day! (October 9th)
We celebrate this day for the creation of 'Hangeul', which is the Korean alphabet.
Hangeul was invented by King Sejong, who always thought for the good of his people. Before Hangeul, common people couldn't read well because they did not have their own letters. They had to use Chinese characters, that was quite difficult to learn. On the other hand, regarded as one of the most systematic and scientific alphabets in the world, hangeul is easy to learn and use. It has 24 consonant and vowel letters.
How about learning hangeul today!

Happy Chuseok everyone!
Chuseok is the date, August 15th by the lunar calender.
It is one of the biggest holidays in Korea when all family members gather together for a reunion. It is very similar to Thanksgiving in America, so traditionally it was a day for celebrating about a good year's harvest. At Chuseok, people go to seongmyo. It means to visit the family ancestor's grave and w**d the grave in order to pay respection. On Chuseok, people make and eat a rice cake called songpyeon, wear Korean clothes called hanbok, and play traditional games like yutnoli and ssireum. Chuseok is also known in other words, Hangawi.
It is an enjoying time with family and friends. I hope you have a great Chuseok!!
