From Defeatists to Winners.
Failing does not mean that you have abandoned your principles, simply that you made a poor choice in an important decision. Sometimes we think that those who seem to have the same goals as those we are working towards, have our best interest at heart. Sadly though, that is seldom the case. It pays for us to exercise discernment in order to judge well, perceive clearly and recognize the underlying motives of others. Many times when we know that we have chosen poorly, we clutch at self preservation as our redeeming light. This may only serve to isolate, stifle our growth or lead to even more insular choices. However, when we are finally led to look at what we have potentially reduce ourselves to, we develop the strength and determination to pull ourselves out of the quagmire in order to accomplish our mission. Our attitude to life changes dramatically from defeatists to winners.
